GAWD Dispatching operates without long-term or exclusive contracts. Carriers are free to work independently and make their own business decisions.

 

Because we invest time and effort into identifying and securing freight opportunities, we require carriers to sign a limited non-circumvention agreement.

 

This agreement simply prevents carriers from bypassing GAWD Dispatching and working directly with brokers or shippers that were first introduced by us for a period of twelve (12) months.

 

The agreement does not restrict carriers from working with other brokers, finding their own loads, or using other dispatchers.

 

Our goal is fairness, transparency, and mutual respect.
