​GAWD Dispatching operates without long-term or exclusive contracts. Carriers remain fully independent and are free to book their own freight, work with other brokers, or use other dispatch services at any time.

 

However, when GAWD Dispatching identifies and secures a freight opportunity, we invest time and professional effort into negotiating and establishing that broker relationship on the carrier’s behalf.

 

For this reason, carriers are required to sign a limited Non-Circumvention Agreement before dispatching begins.

 

This agreement simply states that carriers will not bypass GAWD Dispatching by working directly with any broker or shipper that was first introduced through our dispatching service for a period of twelve (12) months.

 

This protection applies only to brokers or shippers introduced by GAWD Dispatching and does not prevent carriers from:

• booking their own loads
• working with other brokers
• using other dispatch services
• operating their business independently

 

The purpose of this policy is to maintain fairness, transparency, and professional respect in every working relationship.
