By using this website or engaging dispatch services with GAWD Dispatching, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Services Offered
GAWD Dispatching provides freight dispatching and related support services for 53' Dry Van owner-operators and small Dry Van fleets. Services may include load searching, broker communication, rate negotiation, paperwork assistance, and general operational support. GAWD Dispatching is not a freight broker, carrier, or motor carrier and does not take possession or control of freight.
No Guaranteed Loads or Rates
GAWD Dispatching does not guarantee:

That a load will be booked

Specific rates or revenue
-
Continuous work
-
Broker approval
Dispatching services involve professional effort such as load searching, broker communication, and rate negotiation — not guaranteed outcomes. Outcomes depend on market conditions, broker requirements, and carrier readiness.
Carrier Responsibility
The carrier is solely responsible for:

Maintaining active operating authority and insurance
-
Equipment condition and road readiness
-
Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
-
Final decisions on accepting or declining loads
GAWD Dispatching does not control the carrier’s operations. All load decisions belong to the carrier.
Payment
GAWD Dispatching charges a dispatching fee of 7% of the gross rate per load confirmed by a signed rate confirmation and booked by GAWD Dispatching.
Each signed rate confirmation equals one load.

One-way load = 1 load

Round trip = 2 loads

Multi-leg load = each leg counts separately
Dispatch fees apply to loads confirmed by a signed rate confirmation and booked by GAWD Dispatching.
Invoices are issued weekly. Payment is due within 48 hours of the invoice date.
If a load is cancelled before pickup and no rate confirmation was signed, no dispatch fee is charged.

Communication
GAWD Dispatching communicates primarily by phone, text, and email during normal business hours. Timely communication from the carrier is required to effectively perform services. Missed communication, delayed responses or unresponsiveness from the carrier may delay or limit dispatching efforts.
Third-Party Services
GAWD Dispatching may assist or communicate with third parties such as brokers, factoring companies, or service providers on the carrier’s behalf. However, GAWD Dispatching does not control the actions, decisions, approval processes, or payment timelines of these third parties.
Limitation of Liability
GAWD Dispatching is not responsible for:

Broker payment delays or non-payment

Market conditions or rate changes

Mechanical breakdowns or equipment failure

Detention, layover, TONU or accessorial disputes

Load cancellations by brokers or shippers
-
Loss of income, downtime or business interruption
GAWD Dispatching provides dispatching and support services only and does not assume operational or financial responsibility for the carrier’s trucking business.
Termination of Services
Either party may end the dispatching relationship at any time. Any outstanding invoices for completed dispatch services remain due according to the agreed payment terms.
Changes to Terms
GAWD Dispatching may update these Terms & Conditions as the business evolves. Any updates will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon posting.
Intellectual Property & Non-Circumvention Notice
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and written materials, is the property of GAWD Dispatching and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of any website content without written permission is prohibited. GAWD Dispatching also maintains a Non-Circumvention Policy. Carriers who are introduced to brokers or freight opportunities through GAWD Dispatching agree not to bypass or circumvent GAWD Dispatching to work directly with those brokers or shippers for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of introduction. This protection applies only to relationships and opportunities first introduced by GAWD Dispatching and does not restrict carriers from working with other brokers, securing their own freight, or using other dispatch services.
