How Dispatching Works for Dry Van Carriers

GAWD Dispatching provides hands-on dispatch support for Dry Van owner-operators and small fleets (1–5 trucks). Our goal is to help you stay loaded, organized, and focused on driving while we handle the dispatch side of your business.

We work with Dry Van carriers running Midwest Southeast lanes, specializing in the Wisconsin ↔ Atlanta lane — both outbound and backhaul, either direction.

Load Booking & Coordination

We search load boards, negotiate rates, and help secure Dry Van loads that match your location and preferences. We handle the booking process and confirm load details, so you know what you’re hauling before you roll.  We focus on finding loads that fit the Midwest ↔ Southeast region, especially the WI ↔ ATL lane.

Route Planning

We assist with route planning by reviewing mileage, appointment times, and general routing considerations to help you plan your trip efficiently.

Paperwork Support

We help manage and organize dispatch-related documents, including:

  • Rate confirmations

  • Bills of Lading (BOLs)

  • Proof of Delivery (PODs)

  • Broker communication related to paperwork

This helps keep your loads organized and your records in order.

Broker Communication

We communicate with brokers on your behalf regarding load details, appointment times, and updates so you can stay focused on driving.

Real‑Time Problem Solving

If issues arise such as delays or appointment changes, we communicate with brokers to relay updates and assist with next steps as needed.

Supported Equipment

We work with:

  • Dry Van only.
