Refund & Credit Policy
Dispatch services begin once load searching, broker communication, or setup work starts.
GAWD Dispatching charges for time, effort, and professional dispatch services — not guaranteed loads.
Because dispatching involves active work such as load searching, broker communication, negotiations, and setup, fees are non-refundable once service has begun. However, we understand that trucking conditions can change.
For that reason:
-
If a load is not booked during a paid service period, your payment will be applied as a credit toward a future dispatch week
-
Credits are valid for 90 days from the original service start date.
-
If a carrier cannot run due to mechanical issues after dispatching has started, the payment is applied as a 90-day credit toward future dispatching services
-
Credits will remain available despite market conditions, insurance limitations, or short-term carrier availability issues (up to 90 days).

Refunds are not issued for:
-
Market slowdowns and/or changes
-
Carrier not being ready to run
-
Insurance or authority issues
-
Rate expectations not being met
-
Carrier choosing not to accept available loads
-
Carrier misrepresentation of equipment, availability, or operating status
-
Mechanical issues discovered after dispatching has started
-
Carrier voluntarily pausing or stopping operations
-
Failure to provide required documents or information in a timely manner
-
Missed communication or unresponsiveness from the carrier
-
Changes in business plans after service has started
Dispatching is a partnership. Our role is to work the market professionally and aggressively — final load decisions always belong to the carrier.

If you have questions before starting, we encourage you to ask. Transparency matters.
