Dispatch Fee & Payment Policy
Dispatching Fee Structure
GAWD Dispatching operates on a percentage-based dispatching model.
Our dispatching fee is 7% of the gross rate per load confirmed by a signed rate confirmation and booked by GAWD Dispatching.
Each signed rate confirmation equals one load.
One-way load = 1 load
Round trip = 2 loads
Multi-leg load = each leg counts separately
When Fees Are Charged
Dispatch fees apply to loads confirmed by a signed rate confirmation and booked by GAWD Dispatching.
If a load is cancelled before pickup and no rate confirmation was signed, no dispatch fee is charged.
Because dispatch fees are tied to booked and confirmed loads, refunds and service credits are not applicable under this payment structure.
Payment Timeline
Invoices are issued weekly for loads delivered during that billing period.
Payment is due within 48 hours of the invoice date.
Dispatching services may pause if outstanding invoices remain unpaid.
Carrier Responsibility
Carriers maintain full control over which loads they accept.
GAWD Dispatching:
-
searches for freight
-
negotiates rates
-
books approved loads
-
manages broker communication
Final load approval always belongs to the carrier.
Transparency
If you have questions about dispatch fees or invoicing, we encourage you to ask before dispatching begins. Clear communication helps maintain a strong working relationship.
